Sama X is usually able to schedule installations within 5-10 business days of customer order and payment. This includes site assessment, mounting, cable management, network integration (for business customers), and system testing for immediate performance.
What are the installation requirements?
Installation requires a clear sky view, a suitable mounting location, a power source, and up to 75 feet from the dish to the router. Sama X handles everything with white-glove service, so you don’t need to worry about technical details.
What support options does Sama X offer?
Sama X offers two service levels: Sama X Concierge provides installation and business-hours customer support, while Sama X Concierge PRO caters to business customers with 24/7 customer service, a dedicated account manager, and a host of other services.
Is Starlink secure for business use?
All Starlink traffic is encrypted in transit and supports compliance requirements when properly configured. Regular security updates install automatically. With appropriate setup, Starlink provides professional-grade security for business applications.
